JARCUN provides practical business support, bookkeeping and management services for small businesses. The focus is on reducing admin pressure, keeping financial records clear and compliant, and strengthening systems so businesses can operate more smoothly and sustainably.
JARCUN supports small businesses, sole traders, private practice owners and tradies across Australia who feel the burden of admin, compliance or financial data, and who want streamlined systems and processes.
JARCUN provides bookkeeping services under a supervision arrangement. All BAS services and supervision are provided by BAS Advisory Group Pty Ltd (registered BAS agent no. 26328712). JARCUN assists in preparing BAS information, which is then reviewed and lodged by BAS Advisory Group as part of a supervised arrangement.
Business support and administration, bookkeeping and financial record management, management and business continuity support, account and system audits, business setup reviews, and accounting and CRM software support, integration and automation. Services can be provided individually or combined. You choose the level of support you need.
Pricing is clear and transparent, with no lock-in contracts. You only pay for the services you use. Rates vary depending on the service type, scope, and whether support is ongoing or once-off. We give each other 30 days notice when ending an ongoing service agreement, so there is always a smooth hand-over.
Onboarding typically begins with a short discovery call. For support services, this is followed by a 1 to 2 hour virtual handover to understand your systems, processes and preferences. For bookkeeping, onboarding focuses on systems, compliance and reporting needs. It really depends on what you already have in place. I aim to reduce overwhelm, not add to it.
JARCUN frequently works with Xero, MYOB and QuickBooks, and is capable of becoming proficient in other accounting software. Support includes setup, review, optimisation, integrations and automation to reduce manual work and errors. Human oversight is always part of the picture.
Yes. Services can be provided for a few hours a day, a few days a week, on an ongoing basis, or as required. Bookkeeping can be ongoing or once-off, including clean-ups, catch-ups, audits or system reviews. This gives you flexibility without the need to hire staff.
Client privacy is taken seriously. All personal and business information is handled securely and in line with Australian data protection requirements.
That's completely fine. Many clients start with a conversation about what isn't working. From there, the most practical support option is identified, whether that is admin support, bookkeeping, a review, or management services. Each client has unique needs, so each level of support is equally unique.
